In this role, you'll work directly with growers to recommend seed, crop protection products, fertilizer, and management practices that improve profitability and productivity. You'll combine your agronomic knowledge with relationship-building skills to become a trusted advisor to local producers.
What You'll Do:

Develop strong relationships with growers.

Provide agronomic recommendations based on field observances.

Recommend seed, fertilizer, and crop protection solutions.

Work with an experienced professional who will mentor your development.

Grow your own customer portfolio while helping producers succeed.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or related field.

Strong communication skills.

Self-motivation with a desire to learn.

Passion for agriculture and helping farmers.
What We Offer:

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission
